3). There are a Number of Different Types of Projects That Qualify for an Easy Permit Chicago
It’s important to know which types of projects will be eligible for a City of Chicago Easy Permit. For instance, if you are looking to replace over 1,000 square feet of drywall, replace a door, replace a window, replace a commercial gas furnace or do electrical or masonry work, then you can use a Chicago Easy Permit for your project. 4). A Permit Is Valid for Six Months
Once you have received a City of Chicago Easy Permit for your project, it will be valid for a period of six months before it must expire. While it is possible to get a renewal or extension, it is important to coordinate your project on that six-month timeline.
